Training Package - Bronze  
   
  Our Bronze package entitles the client access to one of our Health and Fitness Professionals once a week for a comprehensive session of training and advice. This package is ideal for those who are already fully familiar with training principles or would like to specialise in a specific discipline, Iron-man triathlon for example. Alternatively to maintain their current regime with some form of purpose in mind, like running a marathon.

Your practitioner would be individually and often personally selected to your own criteria. You can change your practitioner at any time if you are unsatisfied with your goals or achievements. Our health and fitness professionals all vary in price due to individual hourly rates, therefore it is not possible to set a fixed price pattern herein. Prices also vary greatly from region to region, Inner London rates being the most expensive. Availability of specific practitioners may also be a relative issue too. Some named, recognised and highly rated health and fitness professionals can command fees in excess of £250/£300 per hour, and will only accept a minimum 6 months package. The reason being that it takes time to adapt your lifestyle accordingly to suit your goal strategy. Prices for a 6 month bronze package in the North of England start from as little as £850.
